Dr. Nguyen graduated summa cum laude from Muhlenberg College in Pennsylvania. Shortly after, he pursued his interest in molecular biology by participating in research in the field of genome imprinting at the University of Pennsylvania. He then went to complete his medical education at Temple University School of Medicine. Dr. Nguyen completed his internship at Christiana Care Hospital in Delaware. He then returned to the Philadelphia area and finished his surgical residency at Abington Memorial Hospital. Dr. Nguyen has a special interest in hernia, colorectal, and laparoscopic surgeries.
